All CC inverter compressor and high performance high pressure chamber are adopted to reduce superheat loss and improve compression efficiency from direct intake. Compared with the low-pressure chamber, the compression efficiency is improved. High efficiency permanent motor is adopted to provide better performance than traditional CC inverter compressor.

CC INVERTER COMPRESSOR

  • The entire CC inverter compressor is used in this system. It can take gas directly to reduce overheating loss and improve efficiency.
  • High efficiency permanent motor is adopted to provide better performance than traditional CC inverter compressor.
  • Maximum Torque with Minimum Current control technology. It can reduce the energy loss caused by device winding to achieve higher efficiency.
  • Low-frequency torque control. It can directly control the motor torque, through which the fan motor can run at low speed. Users will feel more comfortable while meeting the system requirements.
  • 180° sine wave CC speed variation technology. It can meet the demands of different places for different temperatures and is able to save a large amount of electricity and provide users with maximum comfort at the same time.

SENSORLESS CC INVERTER FAN MOTOR

  • The speed regulation keeps oscillating between 5 Hz and 44 Hz. Compared with traditional inverter motors, the operation saves more energy.
  • Sensorless control technology ensures less noise, less vibration and more stable operation.

 SENSORLESS CC INVERTER FAN MOTOR

The indoor unit adopts high efficient brushless CC

motor. Compared with the conventional motor, the efficiency of the brushless CC motor improves by more than 30%. Meanwhile, the evaporation capacity flow design is optimized by the refrigeration system emulation software and the evaporator heat exchange amount is greatly improved.

HIGH EFFICIENCY DIGITAL PFC CONTROL

High-efficiency PFC control technology is adopted, with efficiency improved by about 1% compared with conventional PFC. For the air conditioner with a rated power of 5 kW, 50 W of electricity can be saved every hour and 1.2 kW of electricity can be saved every day.

WIDER RANGE OF OPERATING CONDITIONS

The unit adopts a CC motor with more precise high pressure control, which effectively solves the problem of high pressure control in low ambient temperature cooling. Therefore, the operating range in cooling is wider.
